二期梅毒患者外周血细胞免疫水平的相关性研究

目的探讨二期梅毒患者外周血细胞免疫水平。方法应用流式细胞仪检测40例二期梅毒患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤（NK）细胞,并以42名健康人的检测结果作对照,比较2组之间的差异。结果二期梅毒患者外周血CD3细胞与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,CD4、CD4/CD8及NK细胞数显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,CD8细胞数高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论二期梅毒患者存在细胞免疫功能异常,这可能是造成患者体内病原体不能完全清除的原因之一。

Research on the levels of cellular immunity of peripheral blood in patients with secondary syphilis

Objective To investigate the levels of cellular immunity of peripheral blood in patients with secondary syphilis. Methods The levels of T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells of peripheral blood in 40 patients with secondary syphilis were determined by flow cytometry, and the results were compared with those in 42 healthy controls. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of CD3 cell of peripheral blood between the patients with secondary syphilis and the healthy controls (P>0.05), and the levels of CD4, CD4/CD8 and NK cells were significantly lower than those in the healthy controls (P<0.05). CD8 cell count was higher than that in the healthy controls (P<0.05). Conclusions Patients with secondary syphilis are with cellular immune dysfunction, which may be one of the reasons why pathogens in patients can not be completely removed.
