| 摘 要： | 本文报告用自制抗 B 因子血清建立的火箭免疫电泳方法,对正常人和各类病人的检测结果。103例正常人血清 B 因子含量范围10.4～33.4mg/dl。323例各类病人检测结果为:风湿性心脏病等13种疾病,B 因子含量均显著降低(P<0.05);癌肿病人显著升高(P<0.05);而类风湿性关节炎和甲状腺疾病病人无明显变化(P>0.05)。

STUDIES ON THE LEVEL OF FACTOR B WITH THE ROCKET IMMUNOELECTROPHORETIC(RIE)METHOD AND ITS PRELIMINARY CLINICAL APPLICATION |

| Abstract: | In this paper we reported a rocket immunoelectrophoretic method for the quantitative estimation of factor B.The range of factor B in 103 sera of healthy blood donors was 10.4～33.4mg/dl.The results of clinical studies indicated that the varying concentrations of factor B in patients with rheumatic heart disease,SLE,nephritis and hepatitis were all markedly (?)ower than that of normal controls(P<0.05),and were markedly higher than in cancer patients(P<0.05).The results showed that the detection of the content of serun factor B with RIE was a simple,rapid,specific and sensitive method for the study of alternative complement pathway activation. |
