| 摘 要： | 目的观察脊柱推拿配合传统推拿治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法56例经行腹痛兼痛引腰骶的女生随机分为2组。试验组28例治以脊柱推拿和传统推拿,对照组28例治以传统推拿,连续治疗3个月经周期。治疗后再随访3个月经周期,观察患者下腹痛、腰骶痛、腹腰痛和生活质量满意度。结果试验组的总有效率为92.86%,对照组为67.86%（P〈0.05）;两组的下腹痛、腰骶痛、腹腰痛和生活质量满意度积分均降低（P〈0.01）,且试验组的降幅大于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论脊柱推拿配合传统推拿治疗原发性痛经,能兼治腹痛和腰痛,提高临床疗效。
