| 摘 要： | 应用二维超声心动图，从２２８９例小儿超声心动图检查中发现左室假腱索４６４例，结合文献，搪塞了左室假腱索与心脏杂音，室性早博及临床症状的关系与意义，并对其机理进行了初步分析。我们认为二维超声心动图是检测左室假腱索的敏感方法，在确定有无器质性心脏病及解释临床症状方面均有意义。

| Abstract: | cases of left ventricular false tendon were found from 2289 children with twodimentional echocardiography. The relationship between the false tendon and clinical findings (murmurs, premature ventricular contraction and symptoms)was discussed, and a tentative idea was made about its mechanism. Two dimentional echocardiography is a very sensitive examination for left ventricular false tendon in children and it is useful to ascertain whether there is organic heart disease and to explain the clinical symptoms. |
