| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜的特点。方法对1997年1月1日-2006年12月31日,在我院儿科住院的118例过敏性紫癜患儿的发病特点、临床表现及预后进行回顾性分析。结果①已知诱因:感染18例,占15.25%;食物过敏15例,占12.71%。②临床表现:皮肤症状118例,占100%;消化道症状59例,占50%;肾脏症状28例,占23.73%;关节症状32例,占27.11%。③预后:治愈及好转出院106例,占89.83%;未愈自动出院12例,占10.17%。结论①已知诱因中,感染仍占第一位;②皮肤紫癜是过敏性紫癜最具病理性的临床特征;③过敏性紫癜性肾炎决定过敏性紫癜的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the characteristic of children with allergic purpura. Methods To review the morbidity feature, clinical situation and prognosis of 118 children with allergic purpura, who were in hospital in our pediatrics area in the period of January 1997 to December 2006.
