河北磁县1988～1997年恶性肿瘤发病分析

目的 分析1988～1997年磁县恶性肿瘤的发病情况。方法 发病资料取自磁县肿瘤登记处，采用ICD-9编码，EPI软件进行统计分析。结果 磁县1988～1997年恶性肿瘤新发病例12806例，其中男性7670例，女性5136例。男女性世界标化发病率分别为408．94／10万和234．69／10万。1988～1992年男性恶性肿瘤世界标化发病率为438．84／10万，女性为234．68／10万。食管癌居首位，男性世界标化率为247．59／10万，女性134．74／10万。1993～1997年男性恶性肿瘤世界标化发病率为415．26／10万。女性为246．16／10万。食管癌仍为第一位，男女世界标化发病率分别为212．55／10万和138．08／10万。结论 磁县恶性肿瘤发病较为稳定，食管癌为最主要的恶性肿瘤，其次为胃癌，男性肺癌有所上升，女性乳腺癌上升明显。

An analysis of cancer incidence from 1988 to 1997 in Cixian county

ObjectiveTo report the cancer incidence from 1988 to 1997 in Cixian county and the basic informations were analysed for comparative geographical, epidemiological, and clinical research. MethodsThe data comes from Cixian Cancer Registry. After checking manually, the data were computerized, coded and analyzed using the software-Epi. ResultsFrom 1988 to 1997, there were 12?806 new cancer cases in Cixian, male 7?670,female 5?136 respectively. The age standardized cancer incidence rate (ASR) for males was 408.94 per 100?000, while for females was 234.69 per 100?000. From 1988 to 1992 ASR for males was 438.84 per 100?000,females was 234.68 per 100?000. Of the cancers in both sexes combined, esophageal cancer was the most common site, the ASR was 247.59 per 100?000,134.74 per 100?000 respectively. From 1993 to 1997, the ASR for males cancer was 415.26 per 100?000, while for female was 246.16 per 100?000. The esophageal cancer was the most common too, the ASR was 212.55 per 100?000 and 138.08 per 100?000 respectively. ConclusionThe cancer incidence rate in cixian county is steady, and esophageal cancer is the most common cancer, and stomach cancer is the second. The male lung cancer increases slightly while the female breast cancer was increases remarkably.
