干细胞移植治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效:40例报告

摘    要:目的分析和总结应用脐带间充质干细胞对小儿脑瘫患者的运动功能疗效。方法常规检查后,随机筛选适合进行干细胞移植的脑瘫患儿40例,每隔一周进行1次,共四次为一个疗程的脐带间充质干细胞移植,移植方法包括静脉输注(1次)和腰椎穿刺蛛网膜下腔移植(3次);同时辅助常规神经营养药物和物理康复治疗,随访6个月至1年,平均8.5个月。应用小儿脑瘫粗大运动评价量表(GMFM-88),改良Ashworth法(肌张力评定)和SPSS对术前、术后患儿的粗大运动功能进行统计分析。结果一个干细胞移植治疗疗程结束后,患儿自身对比的粗大运动能力均得到不同程度提高。随访发现,患儿出院6个月后的各项运动指标也较出院时有明显改善。结论干细胞移植可不同程度改善脑瘫患儿的运动功能,其治疗机制有待进一步探讨。
