翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C及羊膜移植

摘    要:目的:探讨翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C及羊膜移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉的疗效和安全性。方法:把89例106眼随机分成3组,分别实施单纯翼状胬肉切除(A组20例23眼)、翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C(B组29例33眼)和翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C及羊膜移植(C组40例50眼)。手术均在眼科手术显微镜下操作,术后随访观察3~12mo,观察术后复发率和并发症。结果:A组复发率为41%,B组复发率为16%,C组复发率为4%。复发率经统计学处理:3组间差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),A组和C组、B组和C组比较差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。A组和B组比较无统计学差异。结论:翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C及羊膜移植能有效降低翼状胬肉的术后复发率。

Abstract:AIM:To evaluate the effect and safety of the treatment on primary pterygium combining mitomycin C(MMC) and amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT) together with pterygium resection.·METHODS: Eighty-nine patients(106 eyes) with primary pterygium were randomly assigned to three groups.group A(23 eyes of 20 patients) underwent simple pterygium resection;group B(33 eyes of 29 patients) underwent pterygium resection with MMC;group C(50 eyes of 40 patients) underwent pterygium resection with MMC and AMT. The surgery of all cases were operated under microscope. The follow-up was 3-12 months. ·RESULTS:In group A,the recurrent rate was 41%,group B was 16%,group C was 4%. The recurrent rate in the three groups was different significantly(P<0.01). The datas between group A and group C,group B and group C had the significant difference(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between group A and group B.·CONCLUSION:Combining application of MMC and AMT together with Pterygium resection may decrease the recurrent rate of primary pterygium effectively.
