| 摘 要： | 目的 比较滴定法和紫外分光光度 (U V)法在测定附子总生物碱中差异 ,探讨适宜附子总生物碱的含量测定方法。方法 用两种方法测定相同样品 ,比较测定结果差异 ,并考察操作步骤对测定结果的影响。结果 两种不同的测定方法对附子总生物碱含量测定结果有较大的影响 ,滴定法的加样回收率为 97.7% ,而U V法为 75 .6 % ,滴定法测定结果更准确。水分及萃取静置时间对 UV法测定结果有一定影响。结论 附子总生物碱含量测定以滴定法 (药典法 )为宜 ,紫外分光光度法用于其测定有待于进一步改进

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the differences in the determination of total alkaloids from Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata by Titration and UV, and investigate the suitable determination method.Method Total alkaloids of the same sample were determined by Titration and UV. The results of two methods were compared.The effect of operation was also studied.Result It is obvious that two different methods can seriously influence the determination result. The average recovery of Titration and UV was 97.7% and 75.6% respectively,which showed that the result of Titration was more accurate than that of UV. The presence of water and the length of time for extraction can also affect the result to a certain extent.Conclusion Titration was more appropriate for determination of total alkaloidal from Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata while UV was expected to be improved. |
