围术期病人抗生素的合理应用

目的：了解围术期抗生素使用情况,促使其合理应用.方法：调查本院2007-2009年住院手术患者272例围术期抗生素的应用状况,包括抗生素使用频次、种类、联合用药、药敏试验等.结果：围术期使用抗生素的有264例次占总病例的,97.05%（264/272）,联合用药中二联用药占大多数（78.0%）,治疗过程中使用了3种以上抗生素的有17.0%,使用抗生素在4 d及以上的达72.4%.结论：须重视围术期抗生素的合理应用.

Antibiotic application in inpatients during peri-operative peroid

Objective：To find out the information of use with antibiotics during operation and to promote its rational application. Methods： To investigate the case histories of inpatients from 2007 to 2009 and note the results, including frequency, sort of antibiotics used, combined use with other antibiotics or not, and the results of antibiotic susceptivity test,et al. Results： The cases used antibiotics were 97.0% of the totality. It was numerous that two antibiotics used together （78.0%） and 17.0% used more than three sorts of antibiotics in the treatment,the time of antibiotic usage of 72.4% was 4 days or more. Conclusion： Think much of the rational application of antibiotics during operation is needed.
