| 摘 要： | 苄基四氢马汀(B-THP)1mg/kg有对抗氯仿所致的小鼠室颤作用,5mg/kg可使哇巴因引起的豚鼠心律失常量和致死量增加。并有减轻氯仿-肾上腺素所致的心律失常作用,在麻醉大鼠,ivB-THP10mg/Kg可明显降低氯化钙所致的室颤发生率和死亡率,但对乌头碱引起的大鼠心律失常无拮抗作用。麻醉大鼠的心电图结果表明,B-THP静脉恒速灌注有减慢大鼠心率、延长Q-T间期的作用。iv3mg/kg B-THF在抗哇巴因引起的心律失常时对其血流动力学变化无明显影响。

| Abstract: | The ventricular fibrillation elicited by inhalation of chloroform in mice was suppressed by B-THP 1 mg/kg. The doses of ouabain-induced arrhythmia and death were increased by pretreatment with B-THP 5 mg/kg in guinea pigs. In rabbits the arrhythmia caused by inhalation of chloroform and iv adrenaline was lightened after B-THP 5 mg/kg. In rats, B-THP 10 mg/kg significantly decreased the incidence of ventricular fibrillation and mortality rate caused by CaCl2, but did not antagonize the arrhythmia induced by aconitine. The results of eletro-cardiogram of anesthetized ratssuggcst that iv infusion B-THP obviously prolongated Q-T interval and decreased heart rate, which might be related to its antiarrhythmic action, iv 3 mg/kg B-THP also elevated the dose of ouabain-induced arrhythmia, but no alteration in its hemcdynamic action. |
