| 摘 要： | 目的 :调查郑州地区T淋巴细胞白血病病毒 Ⅰ (HTLV Ⅰ )的感染情况。方法 :用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)对郑州市部分无偿献血者、相关病人血样进行抗 HTLV Ⅰ筛查 ,阳性结果用蛋白印迹实验 (westemblot、WB)确认。结果 :共检测献血者血样 90 74份 ,各种相关病人血样 414份 ,初检阳性 2 4份 ,复检阳性 6份 ,经WB确认均为阴性。结论 :本调查未发现抗 HTLV Ⅰ阳性 ,欲进一步了解感染及流行情况 ,有必要加大调查范围特别是加大相关病人的调查。

| Abstract: | Objective: To survey the situation of HTLV Ⅰ infection in Zhengzhou area.Methods: Screen the blood donors and raleted petients for the antibody to HTLV Ⅰ(human T lymphotropic virus type1) with the commercial enzym linked immunosorbed assay(ELISA) kit.Results: 9 074 samples of blood donors (BD) and 414 of raleted petients(RP) were test.6 was postive:3/9 074 of BD,3/414 of RP.None of the 6 was positive When the further teat was taken using the west blot assay.Conclusion: The positive result of anti HTLV Ⅰ was not found in the blood donors of Zhengzhou area.More larger scale investigation should be taken,especially raleted petients. |
