某部营以下军官健康体检结果分析

目的　评估边远山区营及营以下军官的身体健康状况。方法　按照自行设制的体检表,集中对180名营及营以下军官进行一次常规的身体检查。结果　在被体检军官中,胃肠道疾病、骨关节疾病、软组织损伤、气管支气管炎和痔疮的发病率分别为17.8％,13.3％,10.6％,8.9％和8.3％。骨关节疾病、软组织损伤和气管支气管炎的患病率,营级军官高于营以下军官(P<0.05或0.01),而胃肠道疾病和痔疮的发病率,两者相比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论　胃肠道疾病、骨关节疾病、软组织损伤、气管支气管炎和痔疮在营级及营以下军官常见且多发。

The Analysis About Physical Healthy Wxamination of Officers in or Below Battlion''''s Rank in a Certain Troop

Objectve To access physical healthy condition of officers in or below battalion's rank in remote mountain areas. Methods We made a routine physical exzamination to 180 officors in or below battalion's rank in remote mountain areas accrding to made-self list of physical examination. Results The incidences of disease of gastrointestinal tract, bone and joint, soft tissue , air-way and hemorrhoids were 17.8%, 13.3%, 10.6%, 8.9% and 8.3% respectively . There is a significant difference in diseases of boneand joint, soft tissue and air-way between officers in battalion's rank and below battalion's rank. There is not a significant difference in gastrointestinal disease and hemorrhoids between officers in battalion's rank and below battalion's rank. Conclusion The incidences of diseases of gastrointestinal tract . bone and joint, soft tissue , air-way and hemorrhoids were relativity higher than other disases among the examined officers . the incidences of bone and joint, soft tissue and air-way in battalion's rank were higher than that below battalion's rank.
