比索洛尔治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺心病心力衰竭疗效及安全性观察

目的 观察比索洛尔治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）肺心病心力衰竭患者的疗效及安全性.方法 对60例COPD肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分为两组：对照组予吸氧、利尿、抗感染、强心等常规治疗,治疗组在上述处理基础上加用比索洛尔,分别于治疗前及治疗16周后记录静息心率（RHR）、肺动脉收缩压（PASP）、右心室舒张期内径（RV）.结果 比索洛尔治疗组治疗后RHR、PASP、RV显著改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组治疗前后三项指标改善情况明显优于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）,治疗组未发生严重不良反应.结论 比索洛尔治疗COPD肺心病心力衰竭有效、安全.

Observation of the Curative Effect and Safety of Bisoprolol on Heart Failure in COPD Cor Pulmonale

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Bisoprolol on heart failure in COPD cor pulmonaie. Methods 60 cases with heart failure in COPD cot pulmonale were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group and control group; the routine treatment in＇ cluding Oxygen inhalation, diuresis, anti - infection and strengthening heart was given to patients in both groups while Bisoprolol was added to patients in treatment group; RHR,＇ PASP and RV of the patients in both groups were recorded before treatmen and after treatment fore !6 weeks. Resu/ts RHR, PASP and RV of the patients in treatment group were signiilcandy improved （P 〈 0. 05） and the improvement was much superior to that of the patiems in control group with obvious difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; no serious side effect was found in treatment group. Conclusions .Bisoprolol is effective and safe in treating patients with heart failure in COPD cor pulmonale.
