丹参注射液在介入再通灌注术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症中的作用

目的探讨丹参注射液在介入再通灌注术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症中的临床疗效及作用机理。方法以我院自2000～2004年间在妇科诊治的389例输卵管阻塞性不孕病人为研究对象,采用DSA下经导管输卵管造影、再通和灌注术,试验组注入丹参注射液、庆大霉素、α-糜蛋白酶及地塞米松;对照组注入庆大霉素、α-糜蛋白酶及地塞米松。随访24个月,比较两组输卵管通畅率、宫内妊娠率、输卵管妊娠率。结果术后12个月,试验组输卵管通畅率为93.72%,对照组为88.11%;术后24个月,试验组宫内妊娠率为46.04%,对照组宫内妊娠率为35.33%。试验组的输卵管通畅率、宫内妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),输卵管妊娠率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液对介入再通术后保持输卵管通畅,提高妊娠率有一定促进或辅助作用。

Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhize Injection on Intervention- Infusion for Recanalization in the Treatment of Fallopian Tube Obstruction Infertility

Objective To observe the curative effect and mechanism of salvia miltiorrhize injection in treating fallopian tube obstruction infertility (FTOI) by fallopian tubal recanalization (FTR)with intervention-infusion.Methods Three hundred and eighty-nine FTOI patients admitted in gynecology department of our hospital from 2000 to 2004 were enrolled in this study.There were 219 cases in study group and 170 cases in control group.Patients in the study group were treated with infusion of salvia miltiorrhize injection,gentamycin sulfate injection,chymotrypsin injection and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection to the fallopian tube by the ductus,and patients in the control group with gentamycin sulfate injection,chymotrypsin injection and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection.A 24-month follow-up survey was performed after FTR.Results The unobstructed rate was 93.72 %in the study group and 88.11 %in the control group 12 months after the operation (P < 0.05).The intrauterine pregnancy rate was 46.04 %in the study group and 35.33 %in the control group 24 months after the operation (P < 0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhize injection infusion has an accessory effect on remaining fallopian tube unblocked and enhancing pregnancy rate after recanalization with intervention.
