鸡筋参与巴戟天微量元素含量测定的对比研究

摘    要:目的:了解鸡筋参中微量元素的种类及含量,并与巴戟天所含微量元素进行比较。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定。结果:鸡筋参含6种人体必需微量元素。结论:与巴戟天所含微量元素相比较,鸡筋参含Fe、Cu、Mo的量高于巴戟天,Mn、Zn的含量低于巴戟天。

Abstract:Objective: To understand the content and species of trace elements in Damnacanthus macrophyllus Sieb. ex Miq. var. giganteu's( Makino) koidz. and compared with that in Morinda officinalis How. Method: Determined by atomic absorption spetrome-ter. Result: 6 kinds of trace elements that human body needed in Damnacanthus macrophyllus Sieb. ex Miq. var giganteus( Makino) koidz were indentified. Conclusion: The contnets of Fe,Cu,and Mo in Damnacanthus Macrophyllus Sieb. ex Miq. Var. gigantenus (Makino)koidz were higher than that of in Morinda Officinalis How, the content of Zn was equal to that in Morinda officinalis How, and the content of Mn was lower than that in Morinda officinalis How.
