| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多谱勒超声(CDFI)监测肝移植术后并发症的诊断价值.方法对4例肝移植术后患者进行CDFI监测,观察门静脉、肝动脉、肝静脉血流及术后并发症情况.结果门静脉血流速均在0.27～0.46 m/s,肝动脉Vs=0.37～0.52 m/s,RI=0.64～0.81,出现胸腹水3例,术后门静脉癌栓3例.结论 CDFI是监测肝移植术后的一种简便有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound examination(CDFI)in diagnosing the complications of orthotopic liver transplantation.Methods The results of CDFI diagnosis in 4 patients were analyzed and the hemodynamic aspects of the portal vein,the hepatic artery and the postoperative complications of transplantation were observed.Results The blood flow of portal vein was 0.27-(0.46 m/s) while that of the hepatic artery was 0.37-0.52 m/s,RI=0.64-0.81.Three cases had hydrothorax and ascites and 3 had portal vein cancer emboli.Conclusion CDFI is a kind of simple and convenient method to monitor the patients,conditions after liver transplantation. |
