摘    要:目的比较化学发光法(ECLIA)和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)筛查HIV抗体效果的差异。方法用化学发光法和酶联免疫吸附法分别对807份血清样本(其中包括239份WB确证阳性血清和568份WB确证阴性血清)进行平行操作筛查HIV抗体,并比较检测结果。结果两种方法的敏感性均为100%,特异性和功效率均高于95%。结论 ECLIA法和ELISA法均具有较高的敏感性和特异性,可广泛应用于HIV抗体筛查。

Comparison of the result of different HIV antibody screening method as chemiluminescence and ELISA

Abstract:Ahn To compare the results of screening of antibodies to HIV by chemiluminescence (ECLIA)and ELISA. Methods There 239 HIV antibody positive samples and 568 HIV antibody negative samples were tested by ECLIA and ELISA. Results The sensitivity of two methods were all 100% and the specificity and efficiency all exceeded 95%. Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of ECLIA and ELISA are high and suitable for detection of antibodies to HIV.
