三草煎治疗肝源性凝血障碍63例疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察三草煎治疗肝源性凝血障碍临床疗效。方法将124例肝源性凝血障碍患者随机分为2组。对照组61例用复方甘草甜素、谷胱甘肽、维生素K1治疗;治疗组63例在对照组治疗基础上加服三草煎。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率84.1%,对照组总有效率65.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及出血倾向比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后PT、TT及出血倾向比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三草煎治疗肝源性凝血障碍,疗效可靠,价廉易得,安全无毒。

Abstract:Objective To discuss curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine three grasses decocta on chronic blood coagulation,to appraise the function of traditional Chinese medicine fries to have blood coagulation.Methods 124 patient with chronic blood coagulation were randomly divided into two groups.63 cases were in the treatment group,and 61 cases in the control group.While the basis disease adopt the identical therapeutic schedule,the treatment group takes three grasses decocta,the control group takes placebo.The course was four weeks in both groups.Results The treatment group total effective rate is 84.1%.Total effective rate in the control group is 65.7%.After Ridit statistical analysis,three grasses decocta curative effect obviously better than the control group.Conclusion Three grasses decocta can treat the blood coagulation result from liver,and its curative effect is reliably.Price is cheap and easy to get,it is safe.
