微创埋线疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的比较微创埋线疗法与针剌疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效差异。方法将120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为针刺组和埋线组。观察两组治疗前后颈椎不适指数（NDI）和视觉模拟评分（VAS），比较两组疗效。结果埋线组总有效率为94．8％，针刺组总有效率为93．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：两组治疗后均能降低NDI和VAS评分（P〈0．01），埋线组治疗后NDI和VAS评分显著低于针刺组（P〈0．05）。结论PDS微创埋线疗法总有效率优于单纯针刺，可以改善神经根型颈椎病患者NDI，降低VAS，减少治疗次数。

Therapeutic Observation on Micro-invasive Thread-embedding Therapy for Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacies of micro-invasive thread-embedding therapy and acupuncture therapy in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Method A hundred and twenty patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomized into the acupuncture group and the thread-embedding group. The two groups were observed by using Neck Disability Index （NDI） and Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） before and after treatment, and were compared with each other in therapeutic efficacy. Result The total effective rate was 94.8% in the thread-embedding group versus 93.5% in the acupuncture group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; NDI and VAS scores both dropped markedly in the two groups after treatment （P〈0.01）, and NDI and VAS scores in the thread-embedding group were significantly lower than those in the acupuncture group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDS micro-invasive thread-embedding therapy has better therapeutic efficacy than acupuncture; it not only improves NDI and reduces VAS scores of the patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, but also reduces treatment frequency.
