补肾活血灸法对早期糖尿病肾病疗效和N0影响

目的观察补肾活血灸法对早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效和对血管活性因子N0的影响。方法将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，两组均给予糖尿病基础治疗，治疗组在此基础上加以艾灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床症状、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）和一氧化氮（N0）变化。结果治疗组总有效率为90．0％，高于对照组（60．0％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：治疗后治疗组UAER下降较对照组显著（P〈0．01）：治疗组治疗后N0下降较对照组显著（P〈0．01）。结论补。肾活血灸法对糖尿病肾病有很好的疗效，并能降低UAER和NO水平。

Therapeutic Evaluation of Moxibustion of Tonifying Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation in Treating Early-stage Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Effect on NO

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofmoxibustion method oftonifying kidney and activating blood circulation in treating early-stage diabetic nephropathy and its effect on vasoactive factor NO. Method Sixty patients with early-stage diabetic nephropathy were randomized into a control group and a treatment group. Both groups received basic treatment for diabetes, and the treatment group received additional moxibustion treatment. Clinical symptoms, urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, and NO in the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment. Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 60.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the decrease of UAER in the treatment group was markedly superior to that in the control （P〈 0.01）; the decrease of NO in the treatment group after treatment was markedly superior to that in the control （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Moxibustion method oftonifying kidney and activating blood circulation is quite effective in treating diabetic nephropathy, and can down-regulate the levels of UAER and NO.
