| 摘 要： | 目的观察以艾炷灸为主治疗顽固性周围性面瘫的疗效。方法将83例顽固性周围性面瘫患者随机分为两组，对照组40例，采用常规针刺加电针的方法：治疗组43例，在针刺及电针的基础上加用艾炷灸。结果治疗组总有效率达86．1％，对照组总有效率为67．5％。结论以艾炷灸为主治疗顽固性周围性面瘫，可明显提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of moxa cone moxibustion as main treatment for refractory peripheral facial paralysis. Method Eighty-three patients with refractory peripheral facial paralysis were randomly allocated to two groups. The control group of 40 patients received conventional acupuncture plus electroacupuncture and the treatment group of 43 patients, moxa cone moxibustion in addition to conventional acupuncture and electroacupuncture. Result The total efficacy rate was 86.1% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group. Conclusion Moxa cone moxibustion as main treatment for refractory peripheral facial paralysis can markedly improve the therapeutic effect. |
