耳后拔罐配合电针治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床观察

目的观察耳后拔罐配合电针治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法将75例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组，分别采用耳后拔罐配合电针（观察组38例）和单纯电针（对照组37例）治疗，观察组在耳后施以火罐闪罐后留罐5min。治疗前后采用House—Braekmann（H-B）面神经功能评级及Nottingham分级系统量化进行评定。结果两组治疗前后自身对照评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组治疗后评分组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组平均痊愈时间、平均显效时间、平均有效时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论耳后拔罐配合电针治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效优于单纯电针，且能明显缩短疗程。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis by Cupping Behind Ears and Electroacupuncture

Objective To observe the treatment efficacy of cupping behind ears combined with electroacupuncture in treating peripheral facial paralysis. Method Seventy-five patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups, respectively receiving cupping behind ears and electroacupuncture in the observation group （n=38） and electroacupuncture alone in the control group （n=37）. For the observation group, cupping was applied to behind ears, with cups retained for 5 rain after flashing cupping. House-Brackmann （H-Bi score and Nottingham grading system were adopted for evaluation before and after treatment. Result Intra-group comparison of the scores before and after treatment showed significant differences in both groups （P〈 0.05）; inter-group comparison of the scores showed significant differences after treatment （P〈0.05）. The mean recovery time, mean markedly effective time, and mean effective time of the observation group were markedly shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The combination of cupping behind ears and electroacupuncture has better treatment effect than single electroacupuncture, and can significantly shorten the treatment duration.
