针药并用治疗急性期脑梗死临床观察

目的观察针药并用治疗急性期脑梗死的临床疗效。方法以40例急性期脑梗死患者为研究对象，针药组采用针刺醒脑开窍法结合头针，药物选用依达拉奉和血塞通：药物组与针药组所选药物相同。根据神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活能力等指标进行观察，并统计两组治疗后疗效。结果针药组总有效率为95．0％，药物组总有效率为65．0％，针药组愈显率、总有效率优于药物组（P〈0．01）。针药组治疗后神经功能缺损积分降低值明显高于药物组（p〈0．05），针药组Barthel指数明显高于药物组（P〈0．05）。结论针药并用治疗急性期脑梗死效果明显优于药物治疗。

Clinical Observations on the Combined Treatment of Acute-stage Cerebral Infarction with Acupuncture and Medicine

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine in treating acute-stage cerebral infarction and provide new and effective thinking for clinical practice. Method Forty patients with acute-stage cerebral infarction were enrolled as subjects. An acupuncture-medicine group received brain-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture plus scalp acupuncture and took edaravone and Shuxuetong. A medication group took the same medicines as in the acupuncture-medicine group The post-treatment effects were evaluated using the Neurological Deficit Score and the Activities of Daily Living in the two groups. Result The total efficacy rate was 95.0% in the acupuncture-medicine group and 65.0% in the medication group. The cure and marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate were higher in the acupuncture-medicine group than in the medication group （P〈 0.01）. The pre-/post-treatment difference in the neurological deficit score was significantly larger in the acupuncture-medicine group than in the medication group （P〈0.05）. The Barthel Index score was significantly higher in the acupuncture-medicine group than in the medication group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined use of acupuncture and medicine is more effective than medication in treating acute-stage cerebral infarction.
