电针对急性脑梗死风痰阻络型患者血清iNOS、HO-1的影响

摘    要:目的观察电针对急性脑梗死风痰阻络型患者血清诱导性-氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)的影响。方法将38例急性脑梗死风痰阻络型患者随机分为电针组18例和对照组20例。电针组给予西医常规治疗,并加用电针:对照组给予西医常规治疗,静脉滴注血栓通注射液。结果电针组患者治疗后血清iNOS较治疗前明显下降(P〈0.01),且电针组治疗后血清iNOS与对照组比较下降明显(P〈0.05);电针组患者治疗后血清HO-1较治疗前明显上升(P〈0.05),电针组治疗后血清H0—1上升较对照组明显(P〈0.05)。结论电针配合常规药物治疗对急性脑梗死风痰阻络型患者血清iNOS有抑制作用,对HO-1有促进作用,减轻了缺血神经细胞的损伤,疗效优于单纯血栓通治疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on serum inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in patients with acute cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals type. Method Thirty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals type were randomly allocated to an electroacupuncture group of 18 cases and a control group of 20 cases. The electroacupuncture group received routine Western medical treatment, and electroacupuncture. The control group received routine Western medical treatment and intravenous drips of Shuxuetong injection. Result Serum iNOS decreased significantly in the electroacupuncture group of patients after treatment compared with before (P〈 0.01) and with the control group (P〈 0.05). Serum HO-1 increased significantly in the electroacupuncture group of patients after treatment compared with before (P〈0.05) and with the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Electroaeupuncture has an inhibitory effect on serum iNOS and a facilitatory effect on serum HO-1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals type. It reduces ischemic neuronal injury. Its therapeutic effect is better than that of Shuxuetong.
