| 摘 要： | 糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症属于中医学"痒风"范畴,在临证中效法先贤李东垣,从"阴火"论治糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症,推测其病机在于中焦脾气亏虚,阴火乘机上窜占其土位,火热郁表而发为瘙痒,从3个典型病例分别辨证论治,以补脾益气、升阳散火为主要治法,临床收效满意。 |
