摘    要:目的 探讨护理干预对老年精神障碍患者认知功能的影响。方法 选取2013年8月-2015年12月收治的老年精神障碍患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施有针对性的护理干预。采用简明精神状态量表(mini-mental state examinatlon,MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(activities of daily living, ADL)比较2组患者的认知功能和日常生活能力。结果 干预后,观察组MMSE总分高于对照组(t=3.157,P=0.040);ADL评分明显低于对照组(t=6.152,P<0.001)。结论 实施针对性护理干预可提高老年精神障碍患者的认知功能,明显改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on cognitive function of elderly patients with mental disorders.Methods Eighty elderly mental disorders patients treated in our hospital between August 2013 and December 2015 were selected. According to a random number table, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 40. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was provided with targeted nursing intervention based on the routine nursing. Both groups were evaluated using the mini mental state examinatlon (MMSE) and activities of daily living (ADL). Results The total MMSE score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, but the score of the ADL was significantly lower than the latter. Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention can promote the cognitive function and life quality of elderly patients with mental disorders significantly.
