| 摘 要： | 目的 研究系统化管理干预在社区空巢老人心理健康管理中的效果。方法 随机选取240例空巢老人,将其分为对照组和干预组各120例。对照组实施传统社区管理,干预组在社区健康管理平台上进行系统化管理。比较2组老人社会支持评定量表、症状自评量表(self-reportsymptoninventory,SCL-90)、简明健康状况调查量表(theshortform-36healthsurvey,SF-36)评分。结果 干预4个月后,干预组SF-36各维度得分及社会支持量表得分均高于对照组,SCL-90阳性项目数、阳性项目得分及总分均低于对照组。结论 系统化管理干预可提高社区空巢老人的心理健康及生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective Toexploretheeffectofsystematichealthmanagementonthemental healthstatusofcommunityemptynesters. Methods Totally240emptynesterswereselectedand randomlydividedintoaninterventiongroupandacontrolgroup,eachof120.Bothgroupswere givenconventionalcommunityhealth management,whiletheinterventiongroupwas additionally providedwithsystematichealthmanagement.Bothgroupswereevaluatedusingtheshortform-36 healthsurvey(SF-36),socialsupportratingscale(SSRS)andself-reportsymptominventoryscale (SCL-90)aftertheintervention. Results Aftertheinterventionof4months,thetotalSF-36score andthatofitsvariousdimensions,as wellasthatofSSRS ofthe intervention group were significantlyhigherthanthoseofthecontrolgroup.Theitemsofpositiveresults,thescores of postiveitemsandthetotalSCL-90scoreoftheformerweresignificantlylowerthanthelatter. Conclusion Thesystematichealthmanagementcanpromotethementalhealthandqualityoflifefor emptynestersincommunity. |
