优质护理服务对减少儿科静脉留置针并发症的影响

目的 探讨优质护理服务对减少儿科静脉留置针并发症的影响。方法 选取2014年5~10月在儿科行静脉留置针输液治疗的160例患儿作为对照组,给予常规静脉输液护理。选取2014年11月-2015年4月在儿科行静脉留置针输液治疗的160例患儿作为观察组,在常规静脉输液护理基础上给予优质护理服务。比较2组患儿静脉留置针并发症及患儿家属满意度。结果 观察组静脉留置针并发症发生率明显低于对照组(χ²=9.416,P=0.002);患儿家属满意度显著高于对照组(Z=-3.186,P=0.001)。结论 优质护理服务可显著减少儿科静脉留置针并发症的发生率,提高患儿家属满意度。

Effects of quality nursing on reducing venous indwelling needles-related complications among children

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on reducing venous indwelling needles-related complications among children.Methods Totally 160 pediatric patients receiving intravenous infusion with venous indwelling needles between May and Octorber 2014 were selected into a control group and given routine nursing. Another 160 counterparts receiving the same treatment between November 2014 and April 2015 were chosen as the observation group to be provided with quality nursing in additon to routine nursing care. The complications caused by venous indwelling needles and parents′ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Significantly less complications were observed in the observation group than the control group(χ²=9.416,P=0.002). However, the satisfaciton of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=-3.186,P=0.001). Conclusion Quality nursing can significantly lower the incidenc e of complications caused by venous indwelling needles among children and promote the satisfaciton of their parents.
