个性化社区护理对老年原发性高血压患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

目的 探讨个性化社区护理对老年原发性高血压患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法 选取2013年5月-2014年5月社区老年原发性高血压患者120例,按奇偶数分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化社区护理,比较2组患者的生活不良行为、治疗依从性以及血压变化情况。结果 观察组戒烟、饮酒、限制食盐摄入、体质量控制均好于对照组,服药依从性明显高于对照组(Z=-2.894,P=0.004),血压控制情况好于对照组。结论 个性化社区护理明显改善了患者的不良生活习惯,提高了患者的治疗依从性,降压效果明显。

Effects of personalized community care for the treatment compliance and life quality of elderly patients with essential hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of personalized community care on the treatment compliance and life quality of elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods Totally 120 elderly patients with essential hypertension during May 2013 to May 2014 were divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 60, according to parity number of patients data. All the patients were given conventional treatment of essential hypertension. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group was provided with individualized community nursing. The life habits, treatment compliance and blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had better control of smoking, alcohol drinking, salt intake and weight. The medication compliance and blood pressure control of the observation group were significantly better than those the control group. Conclusion Individualized community nursing is of obvious effect in improving the patients' living habits and compliance. It can be widely used in the daily care of elderly patients with essential hypertension.
