内镜下黏膜切除术治疗早期大肠癌患者的疗效观察及护理

目的 探究内镜下黏膜切除术治疗早期大肠癌的临床治疗效果及护理方法。 方法 选取2014年9月-2015年9月行内镜下黏膜切除术的88例早期大肠癌患者,按照数字随机分配原则分为对照组与观察组各44例。对照组给予常规护理,而观察组则加强围手术期护理。比较2组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术后并发症的发生率以及患者的满意度。 结果 观察组手术时间及住院治疗时间均明显短于对照组(t=10.634,P<0.001; t=23.119,P<0.001),术后并发症的发生率2.27%明显低于对照组的88.64%(P<0.001),患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(Z=-3.649,P<0.001)。 结论 对内镜下黏膜切除术治疗的早期大肠癌患者加强围手术期护理,可缩短患者的手术时间、住院时间,降低患者术后并发症的发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

The curative effect of endoscopic mucosal resection for early colorectal cancer patients and the perioperative nursing

Objective To explore the curative effect of endoscopic mucosal resection for early colorectal cancer patients and the nursing. Methods Totally 88 early colorectal cancer patients receiving the endoscopic mucosal resection between September 2014 and September 2015 were randomly assigned into a control group and an observation group, each of 44. The control group was given traditional nursing, while the observation group was provided with strengthened perioperative care. The operation time, the hospital stays, the incidence of postoperative complications and the patients′ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (t=10.634,P<0.001; t=23.119,P<0.001), but the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001). Moreover, patients′ satisfaction to nursing was significantly higher than the control group(Z=-3.649,P<0.001. Conclusion Perioperative nursing for early colorectal cancer patients after endoscopic mucosal resection can shorten the operation time and hospital stay, reduce postoperative complications and promote their satisfaction to nursing.
