专业护理指导在注意力缺陷伴多动障碍儿童综合康复治疗中的应用观察

摘    要:目的 观察专业护理指导在注意力缺陷伴多动障碍(attention defieit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童综合康复治疗中的应用效果。 方法 选取门诊2015年6~12月就诊的ADHD儿童57例,采用隔日法分为2组,对照组27例采用药物联合生物反馈治疗,观察组30例在对照组的基础上给予专业护理指导。2组患儿于治疗前和治疗8周后采用整合视听持续性操作测试 (IVA-CPT)和电脑配置评估系统θ波/β波比值评估疗效。结果 观察组治疗前听觉、视觉、综合反应控制商数、听觉、视觉、综合注意力商数分别为(81.9±14.3)分、(79.2±15.3)分、(80.1±10.5)分、(82.3±7.6)分、(75.6±9.3)分、(77.9±9.2)分,治疗后分别为(95.6±8.2)分、(95.8±6.7)分、(95.7±7.8)分、(93.8±6.7)分、(90.8±10.7)分、(91.8±10.6)分,均较治疗前提高且高于同期对照组;治疗后θ波/β波比值(1.4±0.3)低于治疗前的(2.5±0.5),且低于同期对照组。结论 综合康复治疗路径可改善ADHD患儿的行为和注意力,配合专业护理指导可提高治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of professional nursing instruction on the comprehensive rehabilitation of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) children. Methods Fifty-seven ADHD children treated between June and December 2015 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Both groups were given drugs and biofeedback therapy, while the observation group was additionally provided with professional nursing guidance. Before and after the intervention of 8 weeks, both groups were evaluated using the integrated audio-visual continuous operation test (IVA-CPT) and computer configuration theta/beta ratio evaluation system. Results For the observation group, the hearing, vision, comprehensive response control grade, hearing, vision, comprehensive attention rose significantly from (81.9±14.3), (79.2±15.3), (80.1±10.5), (82.3±7.6), (75.6±9.3) and (77.9±9.2) before the treatment to (95.6±8.2), (95.8±6.7), (95.7±7.8), (93.8±6.7), (90.8±10.7) and (91.8±10.6) after the treatment, significantly higher than those of the control group. After the treatment, the theta/beta ratio (2.5±0.5) was significantly lower than that (1.4±0.3) after the treatment, significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can improve the behavior and attention of children with ADHD and attention problems, which can be further promoted with the professional nursing instruction.
