摘    要:目的 探讨改革后的护理培训及考核方式在临床的应用效果。方法 选取2014年、2015年参加培训考核的护理人员分别作为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统的培训考核方法,观察组采用新培训考核模式。比较2组护理人员的考核成绩合格率及对培训、考核模式的认可情况。 结果 观察组“三基”理论、技能操作成绩合格率明显高于对照组,对培训和考核的兴趣、内容、形式、实用性、收获各项目评分也明显高于对照组。 结论 科学、合理地安排培训及考核可提高护理人员的理论、操作水平,同时也提高了护理人员对培训模式的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nursing staff training and assessment in the reformed method. Methods Nurses to receive training and assessment in our hospital in 2014 and 2015 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group. Traditional training and assessment method was applied in the control group, while a new training assessment method was applied in the observation group. The assessment results and the degree of recognition towards the training and assessment of the two groups were finally compared. Results The scores of the "Three Basics" theory and the practice assessment towards the training assessment of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The recognition degree of form, intreset, content, practicability and gain towards the training and assessment of the former was higher than the latter. Conclusion Scientific and reasonable training and assessment can promote the basic knowledge, operating skills and the training satisfaction of the nursing staff.
