快速康复外科理念在肝胆外科围手术期护理中的应用

目的 观察快速康复外科理念在肝胆外科手术患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取接受肝胆外科手术治疗的患者128例,根据随机分配方案将患者分为对照组和观察组各64例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组应用快速康复外科理念进行护理。比较2组患者手术时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间以及术后疼痛程度。 结果 观察组的手术时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组;术后疼痛评分显著低于对照组。 结论 在肝胆外科手术患者中应用快速康复外科理念,能够促进患者的康复进程,缩短患者身体机能的恢复时间。

Application of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgeries

Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgeries. Methods A total of 128 patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgeries were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 64 according to a random allocation scheme. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was provided with nursing based on the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept. The operation time, the recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of anus exhaust, the time of the first defecation, the length of hospital stay and the degree of postoperative pain were observed and compared. ResultsAll the time observed was significantly shorter in the observation group compared to the control group, and the pain score of the former group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion In the nursing process of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery, the rapid rehabilitation surgical concept can promote the recovery of the patients and shorten the recovery time of the bodily functions.
