肌肉松弛疗法对减轻无抽搐电休克治疗术后患者疼痛的疗效研究

目的 探讨肌肉松弛疗法改善无抽搐电休克治疗(modified electric convulsive therapy, MECT)术后患者疼痛、焦虑及睡眠的效果。 方法 选取首次接受MECT治疗的抑郁症患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各45例。采用长海痛尺、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评估干预前后患者疼痛、焦虑及睡眠状况。结果 研究组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(F_组间=22.772,P＜0.001)。研究组干预后焦虑及睡眠评分均低于对照组(t=-4.743,P<0.001; t=-2.180,P＜0.001)。 结论 肌肉松弛疗法有助于减轻患者MECT术后疼痛,缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量。

The effect of muscle relaxation therapy on relieving post-MECT pain

Objective To explore the effect of muscle relaxation therapy on relieving pain, alleviating anxiety and improving sleeping quality after the modified electric convulsive therapy (MECT). Methods A total of 90 patients with depression undergoing their first MECT were enrolled and randomly divided into an research group and a control group, each of 45. The Changhai pain rating scale, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) were applied to assess the pain, level of anxiety and sleeping quality before and after MECT. ResultsThe pain score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group (F=22.772, P＜0.001). After the intervention, the HAMA and PSQI scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group (t=-4.743, P<0.001; t=-2.180, P＜0.001). Conclusion The muscle relaxation therapy can alleviate the pain after MECT, relieve the anxiety and improve the sleeping quality of patients.
