精准化管理在ICU患者院内安全转运中的应用

目的 探讨精准化管理在ICU患者院内安全转运中的临床应用效果。 方法 选取2015年3～12月ICU收治的388例需行院内转运的患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组各194例。对照组按照传统方法行院内转运,实验组按照精准化管理转运流程行院内转运。比较2组患者院内转运期间不良事件发生率及院内转运接收科室满意度。 结果 实验组院内转运期间不良事件发生率低于对照组(χ²=5.507,P=0.019),院内转运接收科室满意度明显高于对照组(Z=-8.385,P＜0.001)。 结论 将精准化管理理念应用于ICU患者的院内安全转运中,使转运行为更加规范、严谨、细致、安全,提高了转运效率,提升了护理人员的风险意识及评估意识,降低了转运过程中不良事件的发生率,确保了患者安全,减少了医疗纠纷。

The application of precise management in the nosocomial transport of ICU patients

Objective To explore the application of precise management in the safe nosocomial transport of the intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Methods A total of 388 ICU patients to be transported between March and December of 2015 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each of 194. The control group was transported in traditionally method, while the experimental group was transported according to the transfer process of the precise management. The incidence of adverse events during the nosocomial transshipment and the satisfaction of the receiving party were observed and compared. Results The incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (χ²=5.507, P=0.019), while the satisfaction degree of the former group was significantly higher than that in the control group (Z=-8.385, P＜0.001). Conclusion The nosocomial transport of ICU patients based on the precise management promotes the efficiency, as it is more standardized, precise, meticulous and safe. Moreover, it improves the risk consciousness and evaluation of the nursing staff, insures the safety of patients, lowers the incidence of adverse events and medical disputes.
