口腔种植患者不同护理方法的效果观察

目的 观察口腔种植患者围手术期护理的效果。 方法 选取2014年6月-2015年6月行口腔种植术的患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各46例。对照组采用口腔种植传统护理,研究组采用口腔种植护理流程进行护理。比较2组种植成功率、患者满意率及种植义齿菌斑指数(PLI)。 结果 2组患者种植成功率差异无统计学意义。研究组对种植效果及护理服务的满意度均高于对照组(χ²=4.182,P=0.041;χ²=5.683,P=0.012),种植义齿菌斑指数低于对照组(Z=-2.026,P=0.043)。 结论 口腔种植患者采用口腔种植护理流程进行护理,可提高患者的满意度,促使患者保持良好的口腔卫生习惯。

Effects of different nursing methods on patients with oral implantology

Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing for patients receiving oral planting. Methods Ninety-two patients undergoing the oral implantology between June 2014 and June 2015 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each of 46. The control group was given traditional oral care, while the experimental group was provided with the nursing according to the oral planting process. The success rate, patients' satisfaction and plaque index (PLI) were compared between the two groups. Results No significant differences were found in the success rate of oral planting between the two groups. The patients' satisfactions to planting effect and nursing of the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group(χ²=4.182,P=0.041;χ²=5.683,P=0.012), while PLI of the former was significantly lower than the latter(Z=-2.026,P=0.043). Conclusion The nursing according to the oral planting process can promote patients' satisfaction and help them to get into good oral health habits.
