慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施延续护理的效果评价

目的 观察延续护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的应用效果。 方法 选取2015年6~12月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者41例为常规组,实施常规护理;选取2016年1~7月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者43例为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施延续护理。观察2组患者出院时及出院3个月后的肺功能、6min步行距离、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试量表评分(COPD assessment test, CAT)及生存质量。 结果 出院3个月后,观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、6min步行距离、日常生活能力和社会活动情况的评分均高于常规组,CAT评分、抑郁心理情况和焦虑心理症状评分明显低于常规组。 结论 对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施延续护理可缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者的肺功能,提升患者的生存质量。

Effects of the continuous nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Methods Forty-one COPD patients admitted between June and December of 2015 were selected into the control group and provided with routing nursing, while 43 COPD patients admitted between January and July of 2016 were chosen into the observation group, and given continuous nursing on addition to routine nursing. The lung function, 6-minute walking distance, life quality and the COPD assessment test (CAT) score, as well as the psychological status including depression and anxiety were observed before and 3 months after their discharge. Results Three months after the discharge, the scores of the forced vital capacity (FVC), the forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), the FEV1 / FVC, 6-minute walking distance, daily living ability and social activity of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the CAT, depression and anxiety scores of the former were significantly lower than the latter. Conclusion Continuous nursing can relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the lung function and life quality of COPD patients.
