预见性护理对精神病患者的应用效果

目的 探讨预见性护理在精神病患者治疗过程中的临床应用效果。 方法 选取2014年1~6月收治的精神病患者40例作为对照组,给予精神科常规护理;选取2014年7月-2015年1月收治的患者40例作为观察组,给予预见性护理。干预2个月后比较2组护士用住院病人观察量表评分情况、意外事件发生率(患者走失、攻击他人或者自伤行为、坠床、自杀等)、患者及其主管医生对护理工作的满意率等。 结果 护理干预2个月后,观察组的社会能力、个人整洁及总积极因素评分高于对照组(t=2.733,P=0.005;t=2.462,P=0.015; t=2.131,P=0.027),迟缓评分低于对照组(t=3.803,P<0.001),意外事件发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意率、医生满意率明显高于对照组(χ²=6.667,P=0.101;χ²=6.050,P=0.014)。 结论 对精神病患者应用预见性护理,可以从生理、心理和精神层面等给予患者积极的治疗,能够为患者提供优质的服务,促进患者的心理恢复。

The application of predictive nursing in patients with psychosis

Objectve To study the clinical effect of predictive nursing in patients with psychosis.Methods Forty patients with mental disorders admitted to our hospital between January and June 2014 were selected as the control group, provided with routine nursing care. Another 40 cases admitted to our hospital between July 2014 and January 2015 were selected as the observation group, given predictive nursing care. The scores of nursing observation scale for patient evaluation (NOSIE), accident rate among patients (wandering away, attacking others or self-injury, falling down from the bed and suicide committing), the patients′ and doctors′ satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups after the 2-month intervention. Results After the nursing intervention, the scores of social ability, personal cleanlinese, total positive factor in NOSIE and the patients′ and doctors′ satisfaction to nursing of the observation group were significantly higer than those of the control group, and the accident rate of the former was significantly lower than the latter. ConclusionPredictive nursing can give high-quality treatment for patients in physiological, psychological and mental aspects,and promote their psychological recovery.
