应用品管圈提高老年科住院患者静脉用药知晓率

目的 探讨应用品管圈提高老年科住院患者静脉用药知晓率的效果。 方法 成立品管圈小组,确定选题方案,通过现状调查分析原因,制定对策并实施。 结果 实施品管圈活动后,护理人员对静脉用药知识宣教的主动性高于实施前,患者静脉用药知识知晓率明显高于实施前(χ²=26.736,P<0.001)。 结论 应用品管圈有效提高了住院患者静脉用药的知晓率和护理人员健康教育的主动性。

Improving the awareness rate of intravenous drugs among elderly hospitalized patients through quality control circle activities

Objectve To improve the awareness rate of intravenous drugs in elderly hospitalized patients through quality control circle (QCC) activities. Methods A QCC was set up, and the topic of how to improve the awareness rate of intravenous drugs of elderly hospitalized patients was chosen. The reasons for elderly hospitalized patients unaware of their intravenous drugs were analyzed through status survey, and counter measures were formulated and implemented. Results After the implementation of QCC activities, the nursing staff was more active in the health education and the awareness rate of intravenous drugs of the experimental group was significantly higher than that before the implementation (χ²=26.736, P<0.001). Conclusion QCC activities can promote the awareness rate of intravenous drugs among elderly hospitalized patients and boost the nursing service in health education.
