发展性照顾护理对低出生体重儿生长发育的影响

目的 探讨发展性照顾护理对低出生体重儿生长发育的影响。方法 将86例低出生体重儿采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施发展性照顾护理。比较2组患儿的生长发育情况。结果 观察组胎便排泄完时间、腹胀消失时间、胃肠功能障碍改善时间、协助性排便时间、达足量喂养时间、体质量增长至正常时间均短于对照组(t=2.489,P=0.042; t=1.564,P=0.015; t=3.671,P=0.025; t=1.370,P=0.031; t=2.670,P=0.025; t=3.055,P=0.018),智力发育指数和心理运动发育指数评分均明显高于对照组(F_组间=31.843,P<0.001;F_组间=32.510,P<0.001),出生后第42天头围、身长及体质量增长状况均显著好于对照组(t=2.130,P=0.006; t=3.515,P=0.004; t=1.377,P=0.005)。结论 发展性照顾护理能促进低出生体重儿胃肠道功能恢复、体格发育及智能发育。

The effect of developmental care nursing on the growth and development of low birth weight infants

Objective To study the effect of developmental care nursing on the growth and development of low birth weight (LBW) infants .Methods Eighty-six LBW babies were randomly divided into a control group (n=43) and an observation group (n=43), according to a random number table. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with developmental care. The growth and development were compared between two groups. Results The disappearing of meconium excretion, abdominal distention, gastrointestinal dysfunction and assisted defecation time of the observation group was significantly earlier than the control group (t=2.489,P=0.042; t=1.564,P=0.015; t=3.671,P=0.025; t=1.370,P=0.031). They reached enough feeding and normal weight significantly earlier than the control group (t=2.670,P=0.025; t=3.055,P=0.018). The intelligence and psychomotor development development of the former was significantly better than the latter. The head circumference, body length and weight growth of the observation group on 42d after birth were significantly better than those in the control group (t=2.130,P=0.006; t=3.515,P=0.004; t=1.377,P=0.005). Conclusion Developmental nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, as well as the physical and intelligent development of LBW infants.
