孕产期连续性护理对妊娠结局的影响

目的 探讨连续性护理对孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取120例初产妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用连续性护理。比较2组孕妇产程时间、妊娠结局及对护理工作的满意率。结果 观察组产程短于对照组(t=8.087,P<0.001),剖宫产率、产后出血率、婴儿窒息率、产后抑郁率均低于对照组,对护理工作的满意率高于对照组(Z=-4.416,P<0.001)。结论 孕产期连续性护理可有效缩短产程时间,降低剖宫产率、产后出血率、婴儿窒息率及产后抑郁率,提高孕妇对护理工作的满意度。

Effects of continuous nursing in pregnant and puer-peral period on the pregnancy outcome

Objective To explore the protective effect of continuous nursing care for pregnant women. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 60. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was provided with continuous nursing. The whole process of delivery was observed and recorded. The pregnancy outcome and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The labour stage of the observation group was shorter than the control group (t=7.146,P<0.001). Moreover, the rates of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, infant′s asphyxia and depression of the observation group were lower than that in the control group, while the nursing satisfaction rate of the former was higher than the latter (Z=-4.416, P<0.001). Conclusion Continuous nursing care can effectively reduce the time of delivery and the rates of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, infants′ asphyxia and maternal depression.
