中西医结合护理对关节镜下手术治疗膝关节骨关节病患者康复的影响

目的 探讨中西医结合护理对关节镜下手术治疗膝关节骨关节病患者康复的影响。方法 选取2013年9月-2015年9月行关节镜手术治疗的80例膝关节骨关节病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组各40例。对照组采用临床常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予中西医结合护理。术后4个月,比较2组患者治疗效果、术后恢复时间及对护理工作的满意情况。结果 实验组治疗效果好于对照组(Z=-2.836,P=0.005),术后恢复时间明显短于对照组(t=4.460,P<0.001),对护理工作的满意例数明显高于对照组(χ²=20.314,P<0.001)。结论 关节镜下手术治疗膝关节骨关节病患者采用中西医结合护理,可提高患者的治疗效果,缩短患者膝关节功能恢复时间,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的满意度。

Effects of integrated medicine nursing on patients with knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery

Objective To explore the effect of integrated medicine nursing on knee osteoarthritis (KO) patients after arthroscopic surgery.Methods Eighty KO patients receiving the arthroscopic surgery between September in 2013 and 2015 were randomly divided into an experimental group (n= 40) and a control group (n= 40). Both groups were given conventional nursing, while the experimental group was additionally provided with integrated medicine nursing. Four months after the surgery, the physical condition, postoperative recovery and patients' satisfaction to nursing during hospitalization were compared between the 2 groups. Results The treating effect and satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than those in the control group. Patients of the former recovered significantly quicker than the latter. Conclusion The integrated medicine nursing can promote the treating effect and shorten the recovery time, promote the life quality and satisfaction of KO patients.
