综合性康复治疗慢性精神分裂症对照研究

目的:探讨综合性康复治疗对慢性精神分裂症的治疗效果。方法:将符合条件的病人随机分为康复组和对照组,并进行相应的治疗。采用精神残疾损伤性评估量表和住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表分别于治疗前、治疗后1月、4月、8月、12月进行疗效评定。结果:康复组治疗1月扣社会功能、阴性症状出现差异性(P<0.05),治疗8月后除阳性症状外,各项均出现显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗前后IPRDS评分均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:综合性康复治疗是治疗慢性精神分裂症的有效方法。

The comparison and analysis of synthetical rehabilitation treatment for chronic schizophrenla

Objective: To probe into the efficacy of synthetical rehabilitation treatment for chronic schizophrenia. Methods: The patients who accorded with stated criteria were randomly assigned into two groups: rehabilitation group and contrast group. The efficacy was measured with mental deformity scale and IPRDS before treatment and after treatment 1th month, 4th month, 8th month, 12th month.Results: The rehabiliation group were different in social functions and negative symptoms after treatment 1th month (p<0.05) .All items but positive symptoms were significant lower after treatment 8' month (p<0.01) .The score of IPRDS were significant difffernet than before treatmenat (p<0.01) .Conclusion:Synthetical rehabilitation treatment is good for the chronic schizophrenia.
