| 摘 要： | 目的 了解医科大学生个性特点,为医学教育改革、实施因材施教、培养创新人才提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样对132名皖医大学生进行横断面研究。结果 男生具有高聪慧性、高敢为性、高敏感性、低稳定性特点;女生具有高稳定性、高聪慧性、高有恒性、低敏感性、低怀疑性特点。结论 我院女生的人格因子在医学基础课程学习方面优于男生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand individual character of medical students and provide scientific basis for teaching students in accordance with their aptitude for reforming medical education and fostering students who can bring forth new ideas in the medical education. Methods Transverse research on 132 students of Wannan Medical College in the way of group sampling was carried out . Results Boy students own the characteristics of much wisdom,boldness and sensitivity but low stability; girl students own the characteristic of much stabalbili-ty, wisdom, low doubt and sensitivity. Conclusion The personality characteristics of girl students are superior in the study of basic medical courses to the boy students. |
