中国大陆2001-2006年MSM的性行为特征与HIV/现症梅毒感染现状的Meta分析

目的 通过2001-2006年开展的针对男男性行为者(MSM)调查的Meta分析,掌握中国大陆MSM的基本情况、性行为特征和艾滋病病毒/性传播感染(HIV/STI)的感染状况、6年间的变化趋势,以及目前相关调查中存在的问题.方法 通过相关检索策略查找目前已经发表的针对中国大陆MSM开展的调查文献,进行整理,制作成数据库进行Meta分析.结果 目前中国大陆MSM人群近50%拥有大专以上学历,近20%为学生,75%非在婚.25%为流动人群.MSM中近60%性取向为同性恋,首次性行为对象约70%为同性,无保护性行为比例高达75%,自我保护意识差.性行为方式以肛交为主.MSM人群现症梅毒感染率近4 96,HIV感染率近2%.2001-2006间的变化无规律性趋势.结论 2001-2006年的调查初步掌握了中国大陆MSM人群的特征、性行为方式和特征、现症梅毒和HIV的感染状况.但由于调查方法不统一,调查主要集中在部分大城市,据此结果尚很难对中国大陆的MSM人群的构成、行为学特征和主要STI及HIV感染状况作出一个较为准确的判断.

Sexual behaviors and HIV/syphilis infection among men who have sex with men:a meta analysis of data collected between 2001 and 2006 in the Chinese mainland
