摘    要:概述国内外对茶多酚的提取分离和分析鉴定的研究,并结合工作实践对这些方法进行评估。重点介绍近年来茶多酚的提取、分离、分析和鉴定的新技术、新方法、新工艺、新仪器和新设备,以期为茶多酚的生产与研究提供参考。

Abstract:Methods for extraction,isolation,analysis and identification of tea polyphenolic compounds were reviewed. At the same time, these methods were evaluated on the basis of author's research. New advances of technology, methods, process, apparatus and equipment were emphasised on extraction,isolation,analysis and identification of tea polyphenols for assisting in its production and research.
