| Abstract: | Methods for extraction,isolation,analysis and identification of tea polyphenolic compounds were reviewed. At the same time, these methods were evaluated on the basis of author's research. New advances of technology, methods, process, apparatus and equipment were emphasised on extraction,isolation,analysis and identification of tea polyphenols for assisting in its production and research. |
