| 摘 要： | 为实现SARS疫情的准确、快速上报，本介绍了309医院依托“军字一号”工程，通过健全组织、完善制度，结合医院实际组织人员培训，加强物理网络建设，研究开发实用软件支持，全面动员建立分级监测平台等有效手段，加强疫情上报的环节控制，保证了疫情上报系统的科学性、适时性、方便性、准确性和实用性，建立完善了医院疫情信息管理系统，实现了疫情上报的规范化管理，为实现疫情及时、准确上报探索了科学的信息管理方法。

| Abstract: | In order to report the situation of SARS rapidly and accurately, the author introduced experience in No 309 military hospital. They are basing on No 1 Military Project, amplifying organization and improving system, training personnel, strengthening construction of network, developing software, complete mobilization and building graded supervision platform. By those effective ways, they strengthened link control in report of SARS, and ensured the report system scientific, real time, convenient, accurate and practical. The author also standardized the management of reporting SARS, explored method of information management to realize real-time and accurate report. |
