| Abstract: | Our nation is now actively implement the reform of medical sectors classifying, it is necessary to link it well with the regional health planning. Correctly understand and grasp the main leading role of the non profit seeking medical organization. Remember well the purpose of the health care reform. Set up the reform strategies of public health sectors and the micro base of none profit hospitals. |
