不同时间治疗面神经麻痹的疗效观察

目的：观察不同时间治疗面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法：选择面神经麻痹患者112例，随机分为两组，观察组56例急性期（1～10天）即予针刺治疗；对照组56例在急性期给予观察组相同的治疗方法，观察两组临床效果。结果：观察组痊愈率为80．4％，对照组治愈率为53．6％，观察组明显高于对照组的的治愈率，两组比较差异明显（p〈0．05）。结论：早期针刺治疗面神经麻痹可以取得更加明显的效果，值得临床推广应用。
